Because We Care!

"The Steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end, they are new every morning,  great is Your faithfulness"  (Lamentations 3:22-23)

The Bible mentions "Newness" in quite a few different places throughout Scripture and in different ways as well. God tells us that His mercies are new each morning, that we start out afresh each day. God also says that when we make the choice to ask for forgiveness and believe in His son Jesus, that the old passes away and that we are a new creation in Him. In Isaiah 43, God tells us not to remember the former things but that He is doing new things and will make new ways for us.

Ephesians 4:22-24 " To put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.

Want a fresh start? God will help you to become truly new in Him. What I love about God is that we can come to Him at any time and He will make us new by His Spirit because of what Jesus did on the cross for all of mankind.

There is nothing that God can't forgive and you do not need to get your life right to come to Him. Come as you are, He says to each and every one of us and He will give us everlasting life! Don't wait until it's too late and you don't have the opportunity because tomorrow is not promised. He's waiting for you with arms wide open.
